Originally from Southern California, I relocated to the Prescott, Arizona area in 2005. I left a thriving tool business, friends, and car club activities. I received my initial real estate training from the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business in Scottsdale, Arizona and passed the State licensing exam with flying colors.
With a background in sales and an appreciation for the natural beauty in and around Prescott, this career move seemed like a good fit. My first home listing proved correct. It was an expired listing on a home in Prescott that had been on the market for six months by another agent. I listed it for the same price and sold it in just over two months!
Some Realtors® go the extra mile and work to receive designations over and above the required training to offer a higher level of service to their clients. I have done just that by earning NAR’s e-PRO® certification, which should benefit my clients as well as my career as a real estate professional.I realize that this isn’t all about real estate, it’s about people! That’s why I’m a 24 hour, seven days a week Realtor®.
